I have been able to get past the maintenance issue on step 40 by using a vpn which for some reason works but the game would only play if it was on. I have played for the past week and gotten to level 20, and I absolutely love the game. but now it gets stuck at step 270 and just freezes. I have cleared the cache doesn't work, I have restarted my phone doesn't work, I have tried switching to data doesnt work, I tried reinstalling didn't work. i really love this game. pls fix it.

Please send a detailed description and screenshots of the bug to our support email (found in the Play Store listing) or contact us through the app's support option. This really helps us fix it faster.

Because I have continued to recieve no help whatsoever after emails with no response and multiple times reaching out I have deleted and reposted my rating. I NEED HELP. I can't use in app support because I can't open the app past the loading screen and it stops at step 40. The lack of assistance is astonishing and frustrating. Even after recent updates I am still unable to access the game that I was wanting to finally return to. Could I get at least some sort of communication here!?!??!

I used to enjoy the game during the early 2010's, but the game has become so ad heavy, it's becoming extremely frustrating, the game is constantly bombarding you with ads, countless errors occur daily, and more apparently from reading other reviews. It was a fun game, few adds, fun time, little errors, not much pay to win, but it has grown and become loose, I don't believe the developers even care about the game anymore, just about the money. I would say more, but I've reached the word limit.
